Refund Policies

Printed Products/Directories:

DIR will only refund printed materials if damaged during shipping. Damaged materials must be returned to DIR within 30 days of purchase before a refund is issued. Return postage is not refundable.

Purchasing People Online Database Access:

Online database access purchases are NOT refundable.

Seminar Cancellation/Refund:

Substitutions may be made at any time.  Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the seminar are subject to a $275 cancellation fee.  No refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the date of the seminar.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the returned item, check processing, and bank processing time.
